Shop Policies

SALE + TRADE POLICIES:

I have no policies regarding selling and trading. Everything is up to the discretion of the purchaser once in-hand.

COMBINING ORDERS:

If you make multiple purchases, efforts will be made to combine and refund excess shipping charges when possible. Please reach out to the store IG page @KawaiiLilyDesign with ordering combination inquiries if you have further questions or would like to send a request.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

All items in my shop will have tracked shipping. Domestic shipping (US) can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. 

For pins, if they are preorders it can take anywhere from 1-2 months for my manufacturer to make and ship pins to me unless otherwise specified. If they are in-hands, I will package and ship them out by my next shipping day unless combined with a pre-order item.

Once an item is marked as shipped it is no longer in my hands, ie there is nothing I can do. If there are any issues, please contact USPS. I do not deal with lost packages. Please make sure to check with your neighbors and USPS if your package has gone missing. I insure all packages are sent out, so if you'd like a refund on your package, please apply for a refund through the USPS website, not with me.
